On August 22, a signing ceremony was held in the city of Turkmenbashi with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev adopted the "Joint Statement of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan".

The "Memorandum of Understanding on the Further Development of International Air Relations between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Service "Turkmenhawayollary" was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Chairman of the State Service "Turkmenhawayollary" Dovran Saburov.

"The Protocol on the establishment of sister city relations between the city of Fizuli (Azerbaijan) and the city of Arkhadag (Turkmenistan)" was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the city of Arkhadag under the President of Turkmenistan Deryageldi Orazov.

"The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of transport and logistics between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was signed by the Chairman of CJSC "Azerbaijan Railways" Rovshan Rustamov, the Minister of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan Mammed Akmammedov and the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Makhkamov.
