AZAL presents a new service for passengers "Air Tastes"

The national air carrier of Azerbaijan AZAL presented a new service "Air Tastes" to enrich the passenger experience and improve the quality and variety of services during the flight.


AZAL reported that thanks to this online service, economy class passengers will be able to order food from an expanded menu before the flight in accordance with their individual preferences.


The new menu offers three types of breakfast, as well as three types of lunch or dinner. The menu includes dishes from meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, snacks and delicious desserts.


Passengers who use this service are not offered a standard menu, but a menu selected according to individual taste during the flight. It should be noted that the "Air Tastes" service is a paid service and is provided based on the passenger's choice before the flight.


The Air Tastes service can be ordered only online - on the official website of AZAL www.azal.az or in the mobile application in the "Booking Management" section 24 hours before departure.


This innovation was introduced as part of AZAL's digitalization strategy and is aimed at increasing passenger satisfaction.
