4 Azerbaijani Soldiers Injured by Mine Blast

Four Azerbaijani soldiers were wounded when their truck hit a mine in the Kalbajar district. The servicemen have been hospitalized, and their lives are not in danger.

The country's Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday, August 5, that a truck carrying Azerbaijani soldiers had hit a mine. "On August 5, at about 19:05, while performing a mission in the Kalbajar district, a military truck was blown up by a mine planted by the Armenian armed forces.

Four servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army who were injured in the explosion were evacuated to the nearest medical facility. There is no threat to their lives.

An investigation into the incident is underway," the military department's statement said.
