On Monday morning, Tsakadze, a senior inspector in the Anti-Corruption Agency with a long career since 2015, was found in his own car, a Hyundai Tucson, with a deadly gunshot.

The General Prosecutor's Office is now looking into what happened, focusing on driving to suicide. Early details suggest Tsakadze got to work far earlier than usual that morning. They think he got a gun from the office before going back to his car. Investigators found both the gun and a note in the car, but what the note said hasn't been shared with the public.
